National Strawberry Sundae Day!

Here’s the Scoop
It’s National Strawberry Sundae Day – so naturally, we made a sundae… and then completely ignored the brief. Because at Equi’s, one flavour is never enough.
Sure, there’s strawberry sauce in there, but we took things a bit further – layering in flavours, textures, and a wee bit of luxury.
Here’s how to make your own Not-So-Strawberry Sundae at home:
🍨 You’ll Need:

2 scoops Raspberry Ripple – find your nearest stockist here

1 scoop Pistachio Swirl – find your nearest stockist here

A generous drizzle of strawberry sauce
-
A handful of fresh raspberries
-
A sprinkle of chopped white chocolate
-
1 wee wafer (for dramatic effect, of course)
🏗️ To Assemble:

Start with Raspberry Ripple as your base.
- Drizzle between layers with strawberry sauce (go wild).

Add a scoop of Pistachio Swirl on top.
- Finish with another scoop of Raspberry Ripple!

Scatter fresh raspberries, and chopped white chocolate over the top.

Drizzle with MORE strawberry sauce & crown it with a wafer. Optional… but highly recommended.
