Visit Glasgow Science Centre this October and let your creativity run wild. Pick up a colouring-in entry form and design your very own Halloween-inspired Equi’s ice cream flavour. Think spooky swirls, monster mix-ins and frightfully tasty combinations!
We’ll help choose one lucky winner whose creation will be made into a real-life ice cream flavour, ready to try at The Witch’s Lair – Glasgow Science Centre’s family Halloween party on 30 October!
And that’s not all… our winning flavour creator will also take home a tub of their spooktacular creation, a year’s supply of Equi’s ice cream AND an annual family pass to Glasgow Science Centre! Now that’s a treat worth screaming about. 👻
How to enter
- Visit: Glasgow Science Centre between 9 and 25 October 2026 (inclusive).
- Get creative: Pick up your colouring-in entry form from the café, coffee shop or ticket desk.
- Drop it off: Pop your completed masterpiece into the entry box at the ticket desk before you leave.
The winner will be selected on 26 October from all eligible entries received and notified by email within 48 hours.

By entering the competition, you give permission for Glasgow Science Centre and Equi’s to contact you by the email supplied on the entry form should you win to arrange your prize.
The promotion prize is for 4 x Science Passports (2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children) giving unlimited visits to explore the Science Mall at Glasgow Science Centre.
(Science Passports are our annual passes)
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash value and is non-transferable.
- The prize of a ‘4 x Science Passports’ to be activated by 31 December 2026.
1. Promotion Overview
This promotion entitles the recipient (“The Prize Winner”) to a total of fifty-two (52) tubs of 460ml Equi’s ice cream (“The Prize”) over a period of twelve (12) calendar months.
The Prize is equivalent to one (1) tub of 460ml ice cream per week.
2. Prize Details
Total Quantity: 52 x 460ml tubs of ice cream.
Collection Period: The Prize must be fully collected within one (1) year (365 days) from the date of the initial award or notification (the “Commencement Date”). Any uncollected tubs after this period will be forfeited.
Flavours: Subject to availability at the time of collection. The company reserves the right to substitute flavours.
3. Collection Requirements
Collection Location: All tubs must be collected in person from our factory premises located in Rutherglen, Scotland.

Collection Schedule: The Prize Winner has the flexibility to collect the full 52 tubs in a single visit OR to spread the collection across multiple visits throughout the one-year period.
Note for Large Collection: Due to the large volume (52 tubs), the Prize Winner must ensure they have adequate transport and storage capacity (freezer space) for a single collection. The company is not responsible for storage once collected.
Appointment: Regardless of the collection size, all collections must be arranged and confirmed in advance by contacting Alex Equi (alex@equisicecream.com) during standard factory operating hours. Walk-in collections may be denied.
Identification: The Prize Winner must present valid photo identification and proof of the award upon each collection.
4. General Conditions
Non-Transferable: The Prize is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the named Prize Winner.
No Cash Alternative: The Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products or services.
Storage: The company is not responsible for the safe transport or proper storage of the ice cream once it has been collected by the Prize Winner.
Modification/Termination: The company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Liability: The company’s liability for any issue relating to the Prize is limited to the value of the Prize itself (the 52 tubs of ice cream).
5. Acceptance of T&Cs
By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
