Equi’s Biscoff Ice Cream Sundae Recipe

If you’re looking for an easy dessert that feels a bit special, our Biscoff sundae is hard to beat.
We’ve made ours using our Biscoff Crunch ice cream, but you can easily recreate it at home using our Double Cream Madagascan Vanilla — made with fresh Scottish whole milk and rich double cream for that smooth, indulgent texture. 🧊 Step 1: Chill your glass
Start by placing your sundae glass in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
This helps keep your ice cream colder for longer and gives you that proper scoop shop feel.
🍨 Step 2: Build your sundae
Add one scoop of Equi’s ice cream to your chilled glass and drizzle generously with Biscoff sauce.
Add a second scoop, then sprinkle over crumbled Biscoff biscuits for a bit of crunch.
💜Step 3: The good stuff
Drizzle over more Biscoff sauce and finish with another layer of Biscoff crumble. Top it off with a whole Biscoff biscuit for decoration.
